Our research paper entitled “Detecting deforestation impacts in Southern Amazonia rainfall using rain gauges” by Debortoli et al. 2017 which explores the impact of deforestation in the rainfall cycle in Southern Amazonia has recently caught the attention of students at the University of Pittsburgh.
